About this machine
Small enough at 20 kg with a 450×350 mm footprint, this machine is easy to move around — useful as a backup unit when the main line is down for servicing, or as a second station for a brand that's just starting out and doesn't yet need high capacity. With two vacuum heads it fills twice as fast as the AQS-FL-1S, but it's still hand-operated, so an operator needs to stay at the station through the shift. Its fill range is wide on paper, from 10 ml up to 10 litres, but it only takes bottles 50–200 mm tall — so in practice it covers mini perfumes up to bottles around 20 cm high, not jumbo containers.
