Once we agree, make payment. For indent or custom orders, this payment is what kicks off production at the factory.

Production & sample
For custom orders, the factory makes a sample first for your approval before mass production. Ready-stock items are prepared right away.

Import & delivery
We import the goods from the China factory, then ship across Indonesia. Being imported, indent & custom orders take longer than ready stock.
Want to check quality first? For ready stock, samples can be purchased separately. For custom, a sample is made after payment and approved before full production.
